Improve my jog

I took ON Amino Energy 30mins before my morning jog. I felt lighter and more energetic. I try to jog 1 hour each time, and I noticed good improvement in my jogging pace (from 9.11min/km to 7.49min/km). And Cadence (160 steps/min to 174).
Taste wise, it is quite flavourful, so i only use 1 scoop in 1 glass of water. Although the recommended dosage is between 2 scoop to 6 scoops.
I look forward to my morning jog because each time i can see improvement, and that motivates me to keep going.
