Great tasting product

The protein shake was really nice and smooth, not grainy like a lot of protein powders. I ordered the vanilla flavour because at times I like to mix my protein shake with fruit and this makes a great base. It tasted rather milky, but it was nice and rich and mixing with fruit makes you feel like you’re having a milkshake ??

If performed really well, was easy on the stomach as well. I have used it as a pre workout and it helped me get through my early morning workouts, I’ve used it post workout and it helped with recovery and I have used it as a snack in the middle of the day which stops me from eating a chocolate bar instead
