The Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% whey was recommended by my physiotherapist as one of the best, unadulterated and clean whey protein powders in the market. Although more expensive than the rest, it is one of the few brands that certify the whey content. This is very important, especially when you want to increase your protein intake in the most natural way. Of course I was very hesitant to consume a protein supplement as I thought that it was not natural and very 'processed' but after reading reviews, Optimum Nutrition is one of the better ones in the market.

Taste wise, the whey tastes great! I usually consume it after my gym session, especially if I'm lifting heavy weights to promote muscle recovery. I usually blend it with either frozen raspberries or blueberries. If I just take it plain with water, I will use the free shaker I got from the hospital. The powder dissolves well with the shaker.
Overall a really good product!
