The whey powder is very easy to dissolve in the water which means it is easy to be absorbed by our body too due. I like the taste of it that is not too sweet but very fragrant. My 2 years old son will check if i am eating chocolate as it smells really good. it fills up my tummy, as such, i would take it as my breakfast if i had to rush to work in the morning. It gives me energy after my workout.
