I have been drinking this everyday for one week to build muscle, one scoop a day and sometimes two scoops a day (meaning drink it twice a day), have yet to notice any difference in muscle. Maybe too short a period. So will continue to finish up the whole bottle!! Am still excited to wait for few more weeks to have some muscle. Haha.

About the taste, it taste so so to me, in fact a bit plain despite its double rich chocolate and the scoop is full... Hmmm, perhaps manufacturer can improve on the taste.

I bought this from Lazada platform, the good thing is this is original product, as I verified it by key in the code on the bottle.

Packaging wise, I think it's standard as other protein powder also in this big black bottle. If will be more appealing to me if manufacturer can improve the packaging, not always black in colour and having a sexier bottle is good.
