Makes tea ritual even more…

I love drinking tea so I am constantly on the lookout for the next cool thing to make my tea experience even more fun. I have used different methods of brewing tea, different types of tea, infusers, etc, and I find that loose tea is always the best quality. It does make brewing and serving the tea slightly more time-consuming but it is worth it. I have used a ceramic tea cup with the ceramic infuser that it comes with, but the wholes are too big and half of the tea leaves end up passing through the wholes. You can purchase tea bags that you can fill up yourself, but that can get expensive and more time-consuming. I have also used a standard stainless tea strainer and while that does work, it is still not the perfect method. And that leads me to this adorable tea cup infuser, that has become my favorite tea accessory. I have seen plain tea infusers (they do their job but nothing special about them) and animal-shaped ones, but they were made from silicone, and I am not a fan. This one has the best of both worlds: a stainless-steel infuser, and also an adorable shark that sits on the edge of your cup. It does not fall in the cup. It just sits there and supervises the brewing process. I have tested this with several types of tea and I am very happy with it. Some varieties of bulk tea can contain very small particles, which do pass through the strainer, but most tea varieties are big enough, that you don't come across this problem. Either way, if I do have a few tiny pieces go through, they end up at the bottom of the cup, so no big deal.
The infuser is easy to fill up (it can fit about 2 tsps), easy to close, and easy to wash. And while the plastic does not get in contact with the liquid, it is good to know that it's BPA-free.
I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.
