Lightweight, maneuverable…

We have struggled for a while now to find the right tool for the job...instead using a few different tools to get it done. But this vacuum may just be the ticket. We've been able to keep our full size vacuum in the closet for the last week because this one can clean the carpets and rugs pretty well--though, it does struggle a bit with some of the high-pile rugs. We haven't had to get out the attachments for it to get in corners, up walls or on/behind/under the couches. The hand vacuum we used on our carpeted stairs hasn't been necessary either. And between the dog and the toddler, there's been plenty of opportunity. Vacuum has been mostly great so far. The only real complaint has been on high pile rugs where the dog likes to eat his treats...but our full size vacuum also has so a bit of a wash in that regard. The 'long lasting' battery does go pretty quick if you have it on max, maybe 5-7 minutes I'd estimate. I don't know how often that would be necessary but did try it to test out and it was quick. We haven't mounted the docking station yet so I'll reserve judgment on that for now but it does seem it would be nice to have some way of storing the 2nd battery on it. The clean station is neat, but also not entirely sure it's necessary. The rational behind it is sound, keep the dust from getting back where you just sucked it up from. But the thing is big. If you have it in the same spot as the battery charge/dock station, you're using up both plugs on your outlet. Also requires the use of small, proprietary bags, as well as filters which will inevitably need replacing. But it does what it's intended purpose is well.
