Barilla® Red Lentil Rotini

I used the Red Lentil Rotini in a chicken stock based pasta sauce. I sautéed onion, garlic, mushrooms and sausage. Then added the chicken stock and noodles and simmered until the pasta was cooked through. I added a handful of chopped spinach and enough whole milk to make it a bit creamy. The pasta held up well and stayed al dente through the last plate of leftovers a few days later. I enjoyed eating the lentil rotini and look forward to cooking with it again!
