Dime True Wireless Earbuds
Dropped a Dime and all…

Got the Dime box and was really looking forward to unpacking these babies and getting them going. (Now keep in mind I have about 10 different sets of ear buds from all different manufacturers, Full Disclosure I DID get a sweet deal to try these babies out, but I cannot ever have enough ear buds) Right away the Skullcandy box was probably the best designed of the group. When I need buds I like to keep them small as they are usually a very mobile option for me. Sometimes for under my helmet when riding moto.. The Dime True Wireless Earbuds have a very tight profile and fit well inside my helmet. The housing box is a unique and neat design where you can physically see the earbuds peering though showing you that they are in fact inside waiting for you. I popped them in and instantly they connect to my phone with no hassles and all is good. The sounds quality is solid (not the best), but I do prefer the trade off in size for an ever so slight decrease in sound quality. I love the fact that you can use them independently if you want or go doubled up for even better sound.. Sometimes for work I just go solo and a single bud works fine. I wore them both into the hot tub the other morning and was listening to a podcast when a single bud dropped out of my sweaty ear and into the drink. I actually had to fish around for it for quite a while before I realized it went into the filter and was pretty deep in the system. I managed to eventually get it back while low and behold it kept working fine.
Couple things in comparison to other brands:
Negatives-
-No USB-C charging on the buds housing box (USB mini only)
Positives
- Size and fit (which is the most important to me)
-Pretty solid sound quality
-Earbuds housing size and design
Overall I'd definitely recommend the Skullcandy Dime True Wireless Earbuds as a purchase but make sure to bring a net if you wear them into the jacuzzi.
