Red Lentil Penne
Great option for dinner…

I really wasn’t sure what was going to happen when I cooked this pasta and set it on the table for my son and me to eat last night. Ironically, I paired it with Ragu pasta sauce and some ground beef from our ranch. I prepared the penne just as the package said, except I only have a pot that holds 3 quarts of water. I boiled it for 9 minutes so it would be softer. After I drained the water, I tossed some olive oil with the pasta so it would hopefully keep from sticking together. It tasted good with the meat sauce and with the rest of the meal we had on the table. Having made the entire box, We had a good amount leftover, but I haven’t had a chance to see how the leftovers taste after being warmed up again. The instructions were easy to follow and I can definitely see all types of eaters trying these: meat eaters, flexitarians, vegetarians, etc. I would recommend giving these a shot, and please remember that I received a discount on this product in exchange for my honest opinion.
