Great fit after initial…

No fault of Samsung but the last mile delivery service messed up initially. They marked the microwave as delivered but we got nothing. Then after multiple phone calls to XPO logistics and Samsung for a week, they finally fixed their error and the microwave was brought back.
Once they brought it back, it was all smooth. They did a good job in removal of my older unit and install of the new unit.
The new Samsung microwave in stainless steel looks very attractive. The navy ceramic interior is also very easy to clean (yes, we have already used it twice and managed to have a spill :))! And I think the ease of cleaning is one of the best things we have already noticed.
The other great feature for our family is the reheat sensor (smart microwave). It senses the food temp inside and cooks your food to perfection so the food is not overcooked.
The clock took a little learning to program, but we were able to figure out. Not a big deal.
Overall, excited, about our Samsung stainless steel kitchen. We have a new Samsung stainless steel dishwasher, and we now have a new Samsung stainless steel microwave.
Unfortunately, we are yet to hear from the insider program folks on what happened to out stainless steel slide in stove top. Have followed up multiple times, with multiple emails to Anke Vandercruysse and also to Maya Haim but with absolutely no response repeated me constantly trying since September 13th.
So net-net:
Samsung - GREAT!
XPO logistics last mile delivery - messed up initially but made up for it
Insider Program coordinators - SAD!
