Good performance and sleek…

First off, I am very pleased with the looks of this microwave. It looks sleek and it doesn’t stand out in my kitchen. I also like the interior being a dark blue color versus the typical white or beige so it doesn’t always look dirty! Food debris and spills wipe off very easily.
Second, using it is extremely easy. There are several quick function buttons that I have utilized to test. I’ve use the popcorn button on a mini bag of popcorn a couple of times and tested versus putting in my own time. It has resulted in the same number of unpopped kernels in the bag all times, within a few kernels.
I’ve also tried the quick buttons on frozen vegetables. The sensor cooking seem to work quite well in this instance for a two serving glass dish with frozen vegetables that had a small amount of water added.
Defrosting is easy. After pushing the defrost button, it just asks the weight of the item and goes from there. The time that it selects is adequate for the frozen seafood I have used it on.
I am pleased with the time it takes to heat up leftovers, cook frozen vegetables, cook cauliflower “rice“ and frozen dinners.
It’s convenient to hit the time you want to cook without having to push anything else first. Power levels are easily changed after putting in the time, but I don’t utilize that. There is also an option to add 30 seconds to your time, which I use frequently. I find this button incredibly helpful.
Another feature I particularly like that my last microwave did not have as being able to turn off sound. I turn it off completely because I do not want the reminder.
The interior is large and accommodate my large 13 x 9 casserole dish for my green bean casserole that I microwave so I appreciate that and being able to turn off the turntable easily so that it can go in there.
The door is extremely easy to open and close. The exterior stainless steel wipes off nicely to remove my fingerprints and smudges that I have created.
The one thing that I ding the microwave on is that I feel the buttons need to be a little more sensitive to touch. I feel like I have to push some buttons (particularly the add 30 seconds and start buttons) multiple times sometimes before it recognizes my push.
Otherwise, as the owner of two previous microwaves and a microwave user for 30+ years, I am quite pleased with this microwave as far as looks, performance and easy cleaning.
