So we have been using the dishwasher for a couple weeks now and ran it a handful of times. I'm still learning different things on it - like how to tell if it needs more drying liquid. One challenge we had was that the adjustable racks are great, but you really have to pay attention to the height of things you plan to put in it. When using the top rack for silverware (which we love because it gets everything really clean), we could not put tall items in the lowest rack because we had to have the middle rack in the lower position. If the middle rack is in the higher position, our bowls will not fit under the top rack. When we put it in the lower position, we cannot put large pans or our larger dinner plates in the bottom rack. So it does take a little bit of planning ahead. Otherwise, it's a really nice looking dishwasher. It's very quiet, you hardly notice it's on. Also, I was skeptical about the drying because our old dishwasher had heated dry that worked really well, and i thought this dishwasher would take forever to get everything dry without that feature. I'm happy to admit i was wrong though. It pops open when it's done and lets air in and everything dries pretty good. I also love that the buttons are hidden so our 2 year old can't turn it on and off! At this point, other than the times I did't plan very well on what was going into it, I'm really happy with it!
