LG TONE Free FN7 (Black)
Great Sound, Some usability…

This model is a great new product from LG that will give other earbuds serious competition. I have used it for about a week now, sharing my experience so far:
What's Good:
* The case is really compact. Based on the photos, I was expecting it to be more bulky, but it turned out quite compact compared to other earbuds I use.
* The ANC is quite good. Even in a noisy room, it was able to play the music clearly.
* Pairing the earbuds with the phone was very easy, I liked that you could do it while the earbuds stay in the case
* Multiple options to charge the case is great. It was very easy to charge by placing the case on a wireless charger
What's not Good:
* The earbuds were not able to sustain connections to multiple devices simultaneously. I use my earbuds with my phone and laptop and switch between them all the time, but the FN7 disconnected the first device as soon as I connected the second.
* During set up on the phone, I am used to earbuds triggering an install option for its companion app immediately. This did not happen for FN7
* Although it played music without any trouble, I could not get the earbuds to work while joining a video conference from my iPad.
* The side buttons are a bit too sensitive, so it is easy to brush your hands on them and accidentally pause/resume whatever you are listening to
* The switching between ANC and Hear through modes is not very intuitive, and it is difficult to know which mode you are on if you are in a quiet room in the absence of any voice announcements.
