This is a high-end washing machine and it looks it. I love the touchscreen display as it's so simple and easy to use (and easy to clean). The build quality and technology are fantastic and it has an impressive warranty.

The technology in the AI Direct Drive motor analyses the weight and softness of the load and adjusts the movement of the drum accordingly so that no energy is wasted. It has an A energy rating so is relatively cheap to run. Another function worth mentioning is the "EZ Dispense" technology which measures the exact amount of detergent needed based on the weight of the washing load. Bear in mind that the default dose is based on 4-6kg of normally soiled clothes but you can increase or decrease the amount of detergent/fabric softener that is dispensed if you put a larger or smaller load on. It features 14 default programmes with the option to download additional cycles if needed from the ThinQ app. I do find the ability to pause the cycle very useful as I always seem to find a stray sock which should've gone in. Also, the delay timer is a useful feature. I use this before I go out so that the washing machine finishes roughly when I get back so that it isn't sitting in the drum for hours after finishing.
I usually use the Eco setting as I don't mind the longer washing cycles but there is a Turbowash cycle which takes 39 minutes. Although bear in mind that this programme is based on a max load of 5kg. You can only really go up to the maximum 10.5kg load on Eco and Cotton programmes, the rest have a maximum load of between 2-5kg.
Overall this washing machine would suit larger households the most based on the load capacity and the variety of programmes available.
