YAS-109 BLB
Good budget device

I've been using Yamaha Yas-109 for last few weeks connected to my TV with optical digital audio cable and by Bluetooth with my smartphones. I was listen to music and audiobooks, play games on newest consoles and of course watch movies.
What's in the box?
The unit, remote control, power cord, optical digital audio cable, spacers, mounting template, quick start guide, safety brochure.
Voice assistant.
There is only Alexa. I would like to use Google assistant. Should be both to give any choice for customer.
Bluetooth.
Have about two seconds delay when watching music videos on my smartphone and switch songs. Quite disappointing but still good for music, podcast, audiobook etc.
App control.
I used app on two smartphones with newest Android. Both where same brand, one from last year, another one was out few weeks ago. I had huge lags on older device. Actually i just used app to set up everything and then after few check's i give up.
Works good and smooth with new device but there's not many things to do with this app. Quite useless for everyday use.
Music Streaming.
There are 3 options in app: Spotify, QQ Music, Tidal. Second one is streaming app in China with Spotify shares. What's about YouTube Music and Apple Music? Millions of users who would like to use it on sound bar. Meanwhile only way is to connect smartphone with sound bar by Bluetooth and then use one of mentioned apps. I don't like to waste my smartphone battery.
Remote.
Small, well designed, gives access to everything I want. Signal is weak. No chance to use it when something or someone is on the way between remote and sound bar.
Final opinion:
Yamaha Yas-109 sound bar is good budget device. Would recommend it to people who doesn't care which voice assistant they using and Spotify or Tidal is their everyday choice. It' good device before you will decide to buy something more expensive. It's not for audiophiles.
