VX6 Bagged Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner
Pleasantly Surprised

So its been a little over a week since I received my vacuum and despite my initial thoughts about it I have been pleasantly surprised. Upon taking the cleaner and accessories out of the box my first impression wasn't all that positive. It felt rather cheaply made with obvious injection moulding points, untrimmed edges and made of cheap plastic. WoW! Looks can be deceiving. With the power level knob turned to max it has impressive suction. I had to turn it down to half on the hard floor areas of my house as it was hard to move. My current upright is bagless but this one having a bag you would think it wouldn't be as powerful but it is and then some. With my wife and daughter having long hair I find it everywhere and my current vacuum is constantly getting it all tangled up in the brush bar. I didn't think this would be able to pick up the hair with it not having a motorised head but it wasn't a problem to be honest. I was looking forward to using it to vacuum out the car but found the long handle to be very limiting to be able to do this which is a shame. The crevice tool that is included is slimmer than most and can get into all the hard to access places that I needed. I would of liked tool storage in or on the vacuum instead of being attached to the hose but that's a small detail for me. Its a good weight, not heavy at all and is easy to pull around whilst vacuuming. Im not a huge fan of bagged vacuums as I think it is unnecessary waste and an ongoing cost along with this particular vacuum not having a very large bag I think I would be changing them every week which is disappointing and could be quite expensive for some. Going forward I think I will be using it mainly for the hard floors and tight spaces that my larger vacuum isn't suitable for. All in all I would recommend this to friends and family as a good value for money and easy to use vacuum.
