Absolutely phenomenal picture.

This TV is simply phenomenal.
Firstly - make sure you have a second person to help set the TV up. It isn't heavy, but it is big and given its so thin you don't want to risk breaking it if you do it alone.
The TV looks brilliant out the box, but there are a number of changes in the settings that I think take it to the next level. There are a lot of guides online that help you set the TV up to look its best, and I'd really recommend you invest some time getting the TV's modes optimised (I'd recommend turning off the energy saving features, that dim the TV in lower light, lowering the colour temps a little, and then increasing the pixel brightness to max in HDR modes, but the guides are out there to walk you through this!). Once the TV is set up, and the picture optimised, it really is stunning.
So a few things really surprised me. Firstly, the contrast is just stunning, obviously given its an OLED television, but this is materially better than anything else on the market. Many TV's look brilliant in the showroom, with that slow moving picture, but many don't look as good when you're watching faster images on the screen, such as sports or action films. This TV looks incredible at any speed, its just insane. It has the normal picture smoothing features which you can turn off if you want, but there is no screen tearing, bluuring etc when fast moving pictures are on the screen either.
I have no regrets about the TV, the picture really is stunning and brings film and TV to life in such an amazing way.
