Fossil ME3190
Unusual but Nice

The first thing to be noted about the watch is the unusual tin box that it arrives in, not to my taste as it resembles a leopard pattern with an almost child like picture of a tiger on the top. Open the tin up and your presented with a lovely looking, adult styled watch with visible working cogs which move as the seconds hand rotates. This style of watch isn't something I would normally go for but it is unusual and different to a standard run of the mill watch. It's weighty too when taken out of the tin and has a stainless steel strap which is normally appealing to adults rather than youngsters. That being said I would think the 'see through' style will appeal to all age groups.
Another thing about the watch I like is that it does not need a battery, the watch is wound up by the large dial on the right hand side w
although other watches I have owned in the past with the same workings have tended to lose time when they are run down and gain time when you've fully wound it up. I do not know if the Fossil Watch suffers from the same problems but in the time I have had it to review it, it has displayed pretty much accurate time at all times.
I would recommend the watch for anyone over the age of 18yrs, it would probably make a pretty nice 18th Birthday gift actually the watch's weight on your arm makes it feel as though you are wearing a quality piece of jewellery and it is certainly contempory by all means.
