Bose QuietComfort® 45 Headphones
Not quite what I was expecting.....

I had really high hopes for these headphones!... I have a lot of experience with Bose products, my first being their aviation headset which was absolutely second to none. I've also had a Bose Soundlink and was amazed how much base it outputs for it's size. I've also got a Bose surround system at home and it sounds fantastic, so I was very excited about testing these headphones. My first impression was that the bass seemed pretty good, but I was pretty underwhelmed overall and assumed there would be some configuration options that needed tweaking in the Bose app. This turned out not to be the case and in fact the app functionality is very limited when compared to other products where the app has parametric EQ to tailor the sound to your liking.
I have now tested some different audio formats and actually, some of the Atmos tracks and higher quality tracks are pretty good. I just haven't been blown away, which is what I was expecting.
I use headphones for my digital piano and therefore I used the enclosed cable and plugged them in via the jack to compare them to my current headphones (a major Bose competitor). My current headphones were far superior to the Bose for this use and they are a much older model too.
The noise cancellation is probably the best I've tried though. This is one area these headphones do excel.
They are extremely comfortable and I can imagine wearing these on a long haul flight with absolutely no issues.
So overall, they are pretty good and I think most people will find them fantastic for everyday use. I don't think they will win any awards with audiophiles, but then they're not really in that category!
