Horrific setup experience...…

I must begin saying it took me 3 hours and many websites and YouTube videos to set up the printer... I've removed the blue tapes, I've plugged it in and waited for the purple light. Which appeared, only to disappear few seconds after, leaving place for the orange light and a big "E" (from error) on the small display part... After I've managed in the end to get rid of the E display and orange light (I've put paper and cartridges in, which wasn't even mentioned it needed to be done at this stage from the books the printer came with) the flashing purple light appeared. But the journey of the printer refusing to cooperate didn't stop here. I couldn't manage to connect the printer to wifi... WiFi home connection was on, same WiFi connected to my phone, no WiFi icon on the printer... I've switched the printer off and on numerous times, I've pressed the back WiFi button on the printer for 5 seconds numerous times, nothing... The hp smart app wasn't finding any printer... After 3 hours of all the above and 1 second before requesting a refund, the app finally found the printer and everything went how it should have from that point. Haven't used all the printer settings yet / all paper sizes, but so far it works good. I was looking forward to try a printer that works with an app, directly from the phone, as it seemed a easier and faster way to the old fashioned laptop, but considering how the setting up experience went, I'm a little bit reluctant now and just waiting for next time the app won't connect to the printer or the other way around... But what I've printed after I've made it work was good, nothing to fault there.
