How to confuse a person!

I consider myself as a person of average intelligence but the operation of this Fossil Smart Watch had me perplexed. On initially receiving the box containing the watch, I was eager to unpack the watch & admired the looks of the watch which was very pleasing however it went down hill from there. Firstly attempting to read the instructions. This appeared to be a challenge in itself. The literature was unreadable it was that small. So I went onto Google with hope that I could download a full directions for use booklet. Alas I struggled to find that & was only able to locate parts of the manual by further searches. The first section gave so many ways in which to change the time. I only wanted it to tell me what time it was not a whole list of time displays if I pressed this button or that button. Apparently the watch was able to inform you by vibrating that I had received a message to my phone, yet I'm not sure who had sent the message other than by looking on the phone. I could calculate how many steps I'd taken during the day, yet trying to add my weight and height into the app had again got me perplexed. Sadly I have accepted defeat but will still wear the watch as part of a smart outfit.
