Armani Exchange AX2611
Golden Wonder

I love watches. I don't love gold watches. Ok, I didn't like gold watches until I came across the AX2611. A beauty of a watch which shouts and screams at you to be worn. The first thing to notice is the weight
of it. It feels heavy but also solid and robust. The stainless steel strap although gold in part, to me doesn't look that gold unless in the right light. The clasp is quick release with a button either side to open. The same clasp has the AX logo etched onto it as does the backplate of the watch which also states 10 ATM.
The watch face itself comprises of glorious shining golden hands, sub-dials, hour markers and the AX logo embedded on a darker than midnight black gloss face.
There are 3 sub-dials that tell you how far through the day you are with a 24 hour readout etc and are used as a stopwatch.
There is a smaller than small date window at the bottom of the lower subdial which I didn't know was there until taking the photos for this review. It is far too small to be of any practical use unless you carry a magnifier with you. All in all, the watch from Armani Exchange is a really nice, all events watch and really will stand the test of time.
