Great value and price

Firstly, I thought the packaging was great. Some might think there is too much plastic, but I think it is well packaged, especially with the poly strap around the product. Coming from someone with physical complications, the strap made it easy for me to pull the whole product out without having to flip it upside down to get it out. Installation is super straight forward, don’t really need instruction to get it ready. The setting up on my desktop and phone didn’t take too long but did require a lot of filling out information. The product appearance and colour look chic (not your usual black printer) and fits perfectly into my office space. The printing quality is great, it comes out nice and clear. The printer is a well-designed product; however, the tray holder is a little flimsy. The subscription offer for ink replacement is a great idea and well-priced. I thought that was a perfect for business owners who don’t have time to worry about buying ink and give them more time to focus on the business itself. The first subscription delivery also arrived quickly and on the weekend which is great as I was home for the delivery instead of having to go into Auspost to pick it up. I also love that they provide you a return envelope for old ink which I'm assuming they may recycle? The printing sound is not as loud as some printers which is a bonus. I like that there is the conservative/draft function which uses less ink, it also prints faster which is great for when I need to grab and go. Photo printing – quality is excellent and very clear. Both matte and gloss are great. However, just a reminder to put gloss side facing DOWN when printing, I assumed the gloss side is up (like most printers) and that wasn’t the case and the ink smudged everywhere. I don’t believe there was information in the box about the gloss side facing down, I had to google to find an actual manual (bigger than the one provided) to find this information. Customer Support was unfortunately very slow and delayed. I had to contact support about something small, just needing an answer. You had two options, calling or whatsapp, I went through whatsapp and that was very time-consuming. The process to get to a human is very long, sometimes it disconnects (not sure how it disconnects as it is through whatsapp) and you are back with the same automated questions. But no big deal as I don’t think I would ever need to contact them about anything other than that one small thing.
