OneBlade Pro Face + Body QP6550/15
Great for some, just not…

I'm a stubble guy, like to keep a short stubble, not clean shaven and not an itchy beard. For me this means shaving about once every week or two so I've left writing this review until the last minute so I could try it as much as possible and be fair with my testimonial.
First impression on the OneBlade Pro Face + Body was great!
It comes in a neat pack with all the accessories you might need and as a bonus - includes a spare blade.
Sadly, no charge out of the box so I couldn't use it right away. Since then I've used it a few times on face and body with and without the safety guard. I'm yet to try the adjustable click on comb.
Lets start with the pros:
- The product looks and feels good in hand, the body of the shaver is comfortable to hold and operate and has a grippy texture on the rear.
- It came with an assortment of convenient accessories, a spare blade and a travel pouch.
- It provides a close and gentle shave for a trimmer which I was not expecting.
- If you shave regularly or travel this product is excellent for daily maintenance or fine detail and edges and the attachments will have you covered for most situations.
- Being able to use in the shower or with a wet face was a real bonus way more comfortable than a dry shave.
- The battery percentage indicator is very useful
- Easy to clean
The Cons:
- The fine tooth blade whilst providing a close and gentle shave made it very difficult to trim some of my more stubborn hairs.
- Maybe this is just me but it took significantly longer and more passes than I'm used to to achieve a shave that wasn't very patchy. ( I tried before, after and during showering)
- I felt the shaver was a little lacking in power compared to others I've used in the past.
- Moving away from the face, with the shaver guard on I was unable to trim short hairs and with it off I was getting nicked and really only works well on firm unwrinkled skin.
- I felt the shaver head itself was a bit flimsy (to be fair it is a consumable component) but I didn't like how easily it popped off of the shaver body both accidentally and when trying to swap combs. It didn't lock into place.
- Hair gathers behind the blade which needs to be washed away regularly during use.
- No nose/ear hair trimmer.
Overall, it does an adequate job. It was not possible to achieve that clean shave through my beard as pictured in the marketing material which I found misleading. If it didn't take me 2-3 times longer to shave with OBP I would have given 4 stars.
