Do’s and don’ts when uploading your receipt
- Make sure that your receipt is uploaded as a docx, pdf, jpeg (jpg) or png format. Also verify that your upload is 5 MB or smaller.
- On your receipt, we need to see the product title and price. When shopping (online), double-check that you’re buying the exact product you’ve reserved a spot for.
- Feel free to take a picture of any proof of purchase printed on paper, just make sure that it’s clear and we’re able to read it.
- There are free apps which allow you to scan documents with your smartphone camera, such as HP Smart or Microsoft Lens. Feel free to use those.
- Complete your purchase and upload your receipt within the posted timeframe, or you could risk losing your spot.
