The SMA® Baby Club’s Mother of All Checklists web-app campaign is almost over, and we would love to hear your detailed opinion in the end survey.

 

The end survey will be available until 25/10/2019, so make sure you submit yours before then! 

 

 

Why is this important?

With this survey, both SMA® Nutrition and The Insiders will learn what you (and your little one) think about SMA® Baby Club’s Mother of All Checklists web-app, how it can be improved, etc.
