If I had to pick the top 2 reasons why you'd buy the new Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic, it'll be for the sapphire glass and the brighter screen.

You may not realize it, but a watch is something that gets into contact with surfaces often as you live your day-to-day life - be it walking round a corner, being too close to a brick wall behind you, the various knocks and scuffs from just about every activity (including just typing on a keyboard, with your wrists/watch knocking on the table surface). Smart watches that are over a year old would bear all the noticeable scuffs on its edges and scratches on the screen. Having a sapphire glass *greatly* prevents that and is a godsent. Luxury mechanical watches use sapphire glass, so it's a proven material.

Next, the brighter screen - it's at least twice as bright or even more so than it's previous iterations. Outdoor visibility is way way better - I can't emphasize this enough, you can now actually see what's on your watch in bright sunlight. The only downside is of course poorer battery life on decent usage. I'd say 1.5 days max.
