First Impressions
Wowser! Sleek, lightweight and beautiful. Thank goodness for the change to the strap that means no more catching or adjusting as it now tucks in. It's more cream than rose gold.

Battery life
I charged the watch to 100% and wore it from 8am till 10.30pm(12.5hours) it was 46%.
I applied the tips below and did the same it was at 76%.

So Battery Top Tips
-switch off always on display
-battery saving mode is your friend.
*my watch is set to vibrate instead of sound.

Screen looks tough but I am risk averse due to some of exercises I do(KB snatch et al) so I got a lightweight screen protector.
A pity Samsung don't sell them.

Health
BP, ECG, Stress and all of that same as the Watch 4.
It does autodetect exercise some better than the others.
Swimming on point.
Circuits and cardio type stuff is autodetected as "other workout"
Top tip
Set up your favourite exercises on a watch face so you have 1 tap access.

It's a definite Improvement on previous versions.
