Do’s and don’ts when uploading your proof of purchase
- Make sure that your proof of purchase is in docx, pdf, jpeg (jpg) or png format. Also verify if the file isn’t bigger than 5 MB.
- On your proof of purchase, we need to see at least the product price and its name. When shopping (online), double-check that you’re buying the exact product you’ve saved your spot for.
- Feel free to take a picture of any proof of purchase printed on paper, just make sure that it’s clear and we’re able to read it.
- There are free apps which allow you to scan documents with your smartphone camera, such as HP Smart or Microsoft Lens. Feel free to use those.
- Complete your purchase and the proof of purchase upload within the time given, or you could risk losing your spot.
