Pixel Tablet (Hazel)
The good standard in android…

I use the google suite heavily at work and I use Android phones so I was curious to see whether and android tablet would be a great addition to my toolset or just a gimmick.
I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The tablet presents beautifully out of the box and I do like the hub idea. It is nice to be able to place the tablet on the dock and have it charge. No fiddling with cables.
The tablet itself feels nice and premium though my only gripes were that the finger print reader is in the top corner, meaning you have to hold the tablet there is only one portrait and landscape location that makes it easy to use and there is no way from the front to work out which was around you need to hold it and that the bezels are quite wide for a premium range tablet. Small issues that don't take away from the experience.
Set up was very easy and I love the ability to pick up this tablet for work and for entertainment as well. It is sized just right to give a good view and not overwhelm.
As a home hub however, it is probably a bit too imposing for my liking, especially on my bedside. But the dock doubling up as a charger means it still a thumbs up in my books.
Battery life is also good and I have yet to use more than the device is capable in a day.
And a pro-tip here... The hazel tablet is actually grey and a really nice colour. It is my pick of the two! I was originally expecting something brown and off-putting based on the colour name so am pleasantly surprised. Hazel for the win!
Well done Google. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an android tablet.
I received this item at a reduced price for my honest opinion
