What's happening now?
We understand that a few of you have yet to receive your confirmation for delivery of your new LG TV. We can assure you that we are in contact with LG and this will be resolved as soon as possible. We will inform you all as soon as we hear back from LG about delivery dates.

What's next?
Once your product is ready to be shipped, you should receive an SMS or WhatsApp message on your mobile in which you'll find a link to arrange for your LG TV delivery and installation.
