Returning Your Karcher FC5 Hard Floor Cleaner
That's it, it's over. The Insiders' Karcher FC5 Hard Floor Cleaner campaign is over, and the results of the end survey are in. Thank you to all of you, not only for the end survey, but all of your reviews and photos. It looks to have been a very good - and very clean - campaign!

For those who have elected to keep the Karcher FC5 (this of course includes those who never completed the end survey by the given deadline of 16th November), that's it - you may enjoy the Karcher FC5, and all the benefits it has brought you, for the rest of its long life.
For those who chose to return it, then read on for the next steps:
- We will send you a delivery address label via email on Tuesday 21st November; print it out and keep it handy.
- Re-pack the Karcher FC5 Hard Floor Cleaner – in its original box, with all accompanying parts and components (see the video at the bottom of this blogpost for a guide on how to repack).
- Ensure the aforementioned delivery address label is stuck on the outside of it.
- Take the re-packaged Karcher FC5 Hard Floor Cleaner to your local Hermes satellite hub - the address will be listed in the same email as the delivery address label.
- Send us a response to the email, to let us know that you’ve done so, with a copy of the receipt attached / photocopied in as well. *
*We must receive your email to let us know that you have delivered the Karcher FC5 Hard Floor Cleaner to your Satellite Hub by no later than 23:59 on Monday 27th November.
Following this, we will need to confirm that all devices have been delivered from the Hermes Satellite Hub TO our storage warehouse before we can begin the refund process – this will take us until Monday 4th December. Once we have confirmation from our storage warehouse, we will then inform our Financial department to process their refund to you. We will notify you via email when we have started the refund process. Please note that if we do not receive your email, we cannot guarantee that your refund will be processed.
