Apology For Any Inconvenience On Refunds
We would like to apologise to our Insiders who are currently waiting for their reimbursement for the Samsung Gear 360 & VR.
We ask for your patience as we are working as fast as we can to process the returns.
Our Logistics partner has been impacted from the extra seasonal traffic and we've been waiting for the list of users who've returned their devices.
A confirmation email will be sent out as soon as we get our hands on this list and then the normal refund process will begin.
Again, we're really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
